We use a proprietary low-pressure Soft-Washing system comprised of multiple environmentally safe detergents and low-pressure pumps to clean and rinse at minimal pressures. High pressure is not used in our roof washing or house washing process. Our Soft-Washing solutions are comprised of mildewcides, algaecides, soaps, and surfactants — custom-mixed on-site to the specific needs of the surface being cleaned.
A key part of our system is what we call the “Soft Tip.” This specialized nozzle limits the pressure and softens the impact on any surface being washed. Stock pressure washers can scar wood on decks, mark up siding, and even remove the granules from roof shingles — our soft tip drastically limits that potential for damage.
Our process starts by thoroughly applying our cleaning solutions to the targeted surfaces and allowing them time to kill mold, mildew, algae, and fungus deep at the roots. We then rinse everything thoroughly with fresh water at garden hose pressures. We take great care with all plants and landscaping, thoroughly wetting them down beforehand and covering them with plastic when necessary.
We specialize in Low-Pressure Vinyl Cleaning and Non-Pressure Roof Cleaning. We are also highly knowledgeable in pressure washing and power washing for harder surfaces. We are fully equipped to clean concrete driveways and sidewalks, brick walls and patios, decks, docks, fences, and more. We also specialize in gutter cleaning — including removing the ugly black streaks and stripes that build up on gutters over time.
